Porto/Post/Doc was once again present at Novos Cinemas, in Pontevedra, on 13 December 2025, with the screening of “Stop. Rehearsal Rooms for a Historical Materialism”, a film developed within the Working Class Heroes programme. The screening took place in the context of the Agora section, reinforcing the dialogue between both festivals and their shared interest in cinema as a space for reflection and exchange.

Directed by Jorge Quintela, the film emerged from a research and development process supported by Working Class Heroes, a programme run by Porto/Post/Doc. Its presentation at Novos Cinemas showcases the programme's focus on circulation and extending the lifespan of projects beyond the festival in which they were developed.

Porto/Post/Doc’s presence in Pontevedra reflects an ongoing relationship with Novos Cinemas, based on collaboration and mutual recognition. It also underlines the importance of creating contexts where films developed in professional and pedagogical frameworks can encounter new audiences and critical perspectives.
