From 2 to 6 March 2026, Porto will host the first international session of EURODOC, one of Europe’s leading training programmes for documentary professionals. Organized by Porto/Post/Doc with the support of the Portuguese Film and Audiovisual Institute (ICA), the workshop brings together producers from around the world for an intensive week focused on the creative and financial development of projects, strengthening skills in international coproduction and company management, and expanding professional networks.

With over 25 years of experience training documentary specialists across Europe, EURODOC will also select between 12 and 15 local participants. These producers — Portuguese or Brazilian nationals residing in Portugal, with priority given to candidates from the North — will take part in five days of in-depth project development alongside international tutors, with full access to masterclasses, case studies and all sessions of the programme.
