Films by Leonor Teles and Salomé Lamas will be screened at Cinéma du Reél, in Paris, and CPH:DOX, in Copenhagen, taking place in March.

The film "Terra Franca", first feature-film by the Portuguese director Leonor Teles, was selected to Cinéma du Réel Inernational Film Festival of Documentary, that will be held at Centre Pompidou, Paris, between March 26 and April 1. Produced by Uma Pedra no Sapato, the documentary portraits Albertino Lobo, a fisher man living next to Tejo river.

Until now, Teles has directed only two short-films. "Balada de um Batráquio" (2016) and "Rhoma Acans" (2012) were screened at Porto/Post/Doc 2016, within the program School Trip Mini, in which Leonor Teles was guest director.

Salomé Lamas, winner of the Great Prize by Vinhos Verdes of Porto/Post/Doc 2017, is nominated for the Dox Award, major award of CPH:DOX – International Festival of Documentary, with her latest feature film. "Extinction" will be among other 11 films and it's an essay-film about territory and identity, told from Trasnistria, frozen conflict zone in Moldavia and a sequel of the fall of Soviet Union. The documentary will premiere on March 18 with the presence of the director.

CPH:DOX will be held at Copenhagen between March 15 and 25 and the program also includes some films by Peter Mettler, director in focus during the last edition of Porto/Post/Doc.
