Are you passionate about cinema and curious to discover how a festival works behind the scenes? Join us! The Porto/Post/Doc: Film & Media Festival will take place in Porto from 20 to 29 November 2025. Every year, our team of volunteers plays a key role in making the festival possible. For this edition, we are looking for volunteers to join the areas of production, guest office, communication, and audiovisual content creation.

Applications are open until 20 October 2025. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Volunteers will not work more than 4 hours per day, and schedules will be arranged according to each person’s availability. All volunteers will also receive a snack at the end of each shift.
