Porto/Post/Doc: Film & Media Festival is part of the awards framework of the 2025/26 edition of Ventura, a project development platform promoted within the context of the Play-Doc International Film Festival, which takes place in Tui from 29 April to 3 May 2026.

The prize awarded by Porto/Post/Doc will consist of the integration of one of the participating projects into the industry activities of Porto Industry Days 2026. The selected project will be supported within the programme best suited to its stage of development and specific needs, potentially benefiting from co-production contexts, professional presentation, consultancy or international circulation.

Ventura is structured as a platform for training, development and professional exchange, aimed at filmmakers and producers working in independent cinema with a strong artistic vision. The programme combines a writing residency, professional training and meetings with international industry representatives.

The award reinforces the connection between Ventura and Porto Industry Days, creating a bridge between the Galician project development context and the industry activities of Porto/Post/Doc.
