In 2025, Fabrico em Série will further consolidate its role as a space for the intersection of creative expression and critical discourse on the serial format. Recognising the series as a space for aesthetic and narrative experimentation, the programme provides a detailed exploration of its writing, production, and cultural mediation processes. As the boundaries between cinema and television become more permeable, Fabrico em Série brings together authors, producers, researchers and students to discuss the social and political influence of serialised storytelling and the ethical and creative issues that arise from its interaction with platforms and audiences. Through process analysis, methodological exchange and development strategies, the programme serves as a laboratory of ideas for rethinking the contemporary role of the series as an artistic form and collaborative practice.
