Over the course of four years, director Éric Baudelaire met with high school students from the Dora Maar school in Saint-Denis (in the suburbs of Paris). The reason for these meetings: a film club. For many of these boys and girls, moving images are synonymous with Youtube videos and social networks - and they no longer have much interest in the so-called seventh art. Through a space of discovery and sharing, where friendship and a spirit of communion are fostered, cinema is learnt. More importantly, these students develop a critical eye, as well as their confidence. It's a time of growth and creation - particularly of this film, of which they are both subjects and authors.
