It’s the 90s New York, and on the streets two cultural movements collide: hip hop and skateboarding. An encounter that results in the golden age of urban culture, which quickly moves from the underground to the mainstream. But it all started with a small group of friends (reminiscent of Larry Clark's Kids) who recorded their antics on video. All the Streets are Silent is a choral portrait of a time and a love letter to a city, with remarkable archival footage, including a teenage Jay-Z in a memorable rap battle.
