Amar Ediriwira is creative director of Boiler Room. He is also the founder and creative director of Boiler Room’s film platform 4:3 which launched in 2018. Through a VOD player, social media and events, 4:3 asserts itself a "Netflix for the underground"; a concept which has won numerous awards at The Lovies, Webbys and The Drum DADI Awards. Amar has curated events and given talks at galleries and festivals including V&A, Tate, Palais De Tokyo, ICA, CPH:DOX, Sheffield Doc Festival and SXSW.
He was previously commissioning editor for the arts company The Vinyl Factory and his writing has been published in The Guardian, Dazed & The Wire.
