A visual poem where the director documents and reflects upon the last year and a half of his life, selecting and organizing videos that has been shooting with a handheld camera since then. An ode to his-self and to his surroundings, influenced by Jonas Mekas' diaristic films and the introspective and intimate character of Lukas Moodysson's "Container" film monologue.
