But Europe is the heaven for those fleeing wars and seeking employment. The Dutch director uses irony while blending fiction and reality, to explain the refugee crisis in Europe in three acts: first, a conservative right-wing view; second, a human and liberal look; and, finally, a group of refugees is instructed to resolve their stay on European soil.
