In 1977, the neo-Nazi speech gained popularity in England, and clashes took place on the streets of London. To combat the lack of coverage by the traditional media of this threat, a community of artists organized to create an anti-racist, punk-influenced zine called Temporary Hoarding. With archival footage of the time and readings of excerpts from articles, the film thus recalls the past as a form of warning in relation to the present. (João Araújo)
