PORTUGUESE PREMIERE
This affectionate portrait is about La Orquestra Trotamundos a popular band that performed at the Spanish verbenas and travels from town to town providing a remarkable visual and sound spectacle. The portrait of this other people parties is that much nostalgic because the verbenas are slowly disappearing or become another thing: the music that young people enjoy is different and Orquestra Trotamundos now does not fill the town squares like in the past. In this film some kind of grief is suffered for an ending tradition, with a careful and often poetic look from director Ana Serret Iruarte, to whom the interest is on what remains after the parties and the winter times when the band stops working.
